These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bdeej ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the bdeej platform at https://bdeej.com. By using the platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative reference. bdeej operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players located in Bangladesh. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. bdeej makes no representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of its intended service area. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that accessing and using bdeej is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration.

Platform Availability

bdeej does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. bdeej will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where practicable. No compensation is payable for service interruptions arising from maintenance or force majeure events.

Modifications to These Terms

bdeej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The current operative version of the Terms is the version published on this page, identified by its effective date. Continued use of the bdeej platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure as described in Section 7.

To access the full range of bdeej services — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and promotional offers — you must register a personal bdeej account. Registration is subject to the eligibility criteria and conditions set out in this section.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You must not already hold an active or closed bdeej account.
• You must not be excluded from the platform through a self-exclusion request or a bdeej-initiated closure.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid mobile number (which will serve as your primary account identifier and OTP verification channel), a valid email address, and date of birth. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate at the time of submission and remains current throughout your use of the platform. bdeej reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration.

Account Verification (KYC)

bdeej may at any time request identity verification documentation as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Verification of your registered mobile number and your bKash or Nagad account may also be required before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on the bdeej platform. bdeej employs technical and manual procedures to identify duplicate accounts linked by shared personal details, device identifiers, payment method numbers, or IP addresses. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdeej reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated from bonus funds across those accounts.

All financial transactions on the bdeej platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdeej supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bdeej; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own daily or per-transaction limits, which are outside bdeej's control. Deposits are credited to your bdeej account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdeej does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile money account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with bdeej's anti-money-laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. bdeej reserves the right to apply additional processing time in cases where verification checks are pending, a withdrawal request falls outside normal parameters, or where bdeej reasonably suspects fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile money account registered in the same name as your bdeej account.
• bdeej does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not linked to the registered player, or international payment methods.

Transaction Records

A complete record of your deposit and withdrawal history is available within your bdeej account dashboard. Players are advised to retain their own records of all transactions. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, bdeej's internal records will be treated as the authoritative reference unless demonstrably erroneous.

bdeej offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bdeej are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time frame will result in the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it being forfeited automatically.

Eligible Games

Not all games on the bdeej platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the promotion's specific terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering entirely. Players should review the game contribution schedule for each promotion before commencing play.

Bonus Abuse

bdeej takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to harvest bonus funds rather than to engage genuinely with the game; coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdeej reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account with immediate effect.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• bdeej reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to protecting the legitimate interests of players who have already opted in.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be used in combination with other bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit this.

By using the bdeej platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out in this section. Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, including for the purpose of placing bets or harvesting bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies in the sportsbook to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal conditions.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at registration or during subsequent verification requests.

Account Security Obligations

You must notify bdeej immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdeej accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information held on your bdeej account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account details promptly. bdeej is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

bdeej operates a strict minimum age policy. Access to the platform, including account registration, deposits, and gameplay, is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of the legal gambling age in their specific local jurisdiction.

Age Verification

bdeej will verify the age of all registered players as part of its standard KYC process. Where age cannot be confirmed to bdeej's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending the submission of satisfactory age verification documentation. Any winnings accumulated by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age at the time of their account registration will be forfeited. Any deposits made to an underage account will be returned to the originating mobile money account, minus any amounts already wagered.

Protecting Minors

bdeej strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control and internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you become aware that a minor has gained access to a bdeej account, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately so that we can take appropriate action. bdeej will cooperate fully with any investigation relating to underage gambling activity on the platform.

Either you or bdeej may initiate the closure of your account. The conditions and consequences of account closure depend on whether the closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or involuntary (bdeej-initiated).

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bdeej account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a clear written request for account closure. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Involuntary Closure by bdeej

bdeej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Identification of a duplicate account in violation of the one-account policy.
• Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame.
• Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

In cases of involuntary closure due to Terms violations, bdeej reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the bdeej platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdeej excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

Technical Failures

bdeej shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from a technical failure, internet disconnection, server error, or any other technical malfunction that interrupts gameplay in progress. In such cases, bdeej's internal system records will be used to determine the state of any affected game at the point of interruption, and bdeej's determination will be final subject to a formal dispute process.

Third-Party Services

The bdeej platform relies on third-party services including mobile payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), and internet infrastructure providers. bdeej is not liable for any failures, delays, or errors caused by these third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a player and bdeej regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other matter, the player should submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. bdeej will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 business days and will aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days. bdeej's decision on all disputes, once communicated in writing, is final and binding.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the bdeej platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdeej with respect to your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
